廣州電線電纜的絕緣電阻檢測一般采用電壓電流法
電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)測(ce)量值(zhi)(zhi)須換算成每千米的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi),與直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)所不同的(de)(de)是,絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)與電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)長(chang)度成反比;低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)檢(jian)測(ce)時(shi)的(de)(de)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓有100V、250V、500V和1000V四種,其中(zhong)100V和500V的(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)壓在(zai)質(zhi)檢(jian)部門檢(jian)測(ce)時(shi)使用比較廣泛;所測(ce)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)長(chang)度無(wu)明確規定(ding),但為(wei)了測(ce)量和計算方便,一般取10m進行測(ce)量。測(ce)量前的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間一般為(wei)1分鐘。
廣州電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)檢(jian)測(ce)一般采用電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)流法(fa),又稱為高(gao)阻(zu)計法(fa)。有的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)具有金(jin)屬保護(hu)套(tao),有一定的(de)(de)屏(ping)蔽功能(neng),對(dui)于(yu)(yu)這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)測(ce)量(liang)大多測(ce)量(liang)導體(ti)對(dui)金(jin)屬套(tao)或屏(ping)蔽層或鎧裝層之間的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu);而對(dui)于(yu)(yu)無(wu)金(jin)屬護(hu)套(tao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),測(ce)量(liang)其(qi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值時,須先將所測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)浸入(ru)水中,然后測(ce)導體(ti)與水之間的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),且檢(jian)測(ce)時所測(ce)試樣須保持與水溫的(de)(de)配套(tao)。
國內目前(qian)開發了一種(zhong)直流電(dian)阻絕緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀ZZJ3D,該測試(shi)儀操作簡(jian)單,測量(liang)全過程可由計算機控制,精確度和(he)穩定(ding)性(xing)都(dou)遠高于傳(chuan)統的(de)檢(jian)測設備(bei)。
